Maintenance Packages

Unplanned shut downs of your equipment can be untimely and costly to your business, we offer various maintenance packages dependent on your needs to help maintain and keep your equipment running as efficiently as possible. Planned preventative maintenance packages ensure that your equipment runs at optimum efficiency and unplanned downtime can virtually be eliminated. This also leads to reduced energy usage and lower running costs.

There are many benefits to having a maintenance agreement with Platinum Air, including 24 hour/seven day a week engineer availability with priority response time over non Maintenance Agreement customers. We always schedule your maintenance visits around you, depending on the best time of day for you (maintenance visits are carried out Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00) and you will be given a detailed job report listing maintenance checks carried out and advising of further spares/work required. Our engineers ensure your equipment is meeting all current F-gas obligations relating to the prevention of refrigerant gas leakages and work to our Health and Safety Policy, Method Statements and Risk Assessments. They have all undertaken and satisfactorily completed the City and Guilds 2007 course in safe handling of Fluorocarbon and Ammonia Refrigerants as well as manufacturers training courses on various equipment.

 

There are three tiers available within our maintenance agreements to give you choice and price options:

Gold – Our Gold level maintenance agreement consists of two full maintenance visits annually at six monthly intervals.

Silver – Our Silver level maintenance agreement consists of one full maintenance visit and one minor maintenance visit annually at six monthly intervals.

Bronze – Our Bronze level maintenance agreement consists of one full maintenance visit annually.

 

Safety Compliant Services

Our company policy complies with all the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Regulations and all other Health and Safety Legislation relating to company operations. With the phase out of virgin refrigerant gas from the end of 2009, we now work with clients to carry out refrigerant gas conversions to non-ozone depleting refrigerants.

 

Air Conditioning Servicing

This service confirms the function and operation of the system and allows for cleaning and maintenance of the system during both major and minor services as required. The completion of all checks in this schedule does not offer a guarantee against mechanical breakdown but does reduce the chance of breakdown.
